Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t make every practice?
Spring season is team competition oriented, and regular attendance is needed to develop skills, learn strategies and build team chemistry. However, sometimes a player can't attend for various reasons. It is expected that players communicate their absences in advance to the team Head Coach so that he or she can adjust practices or teams accordingly.
Will I be responsible to take my player to the games?
Yes, you will be responsible for getting your player to the games.
How does playing time work in games?
Spring season is team competition oriented with goal of playoffs and a championship appearance. At that same time, we want all players to see as much playing time as reasonably possible. Players can expect to earn the opportunity to play assuming consistent attendance, effort , positive attitude, appropriate behaviors on and off field and participation at team practices. However, playing time may not be equal amongst all players on the roster.
