2024 Spring - Boys Lacrosse

Below are details about the upcoming 2024 Spring season for all boys programs.

REGISTRATION FOR ALL TEAMS ARE OPEN!

EARLY REGISTRATION THROUGH 11/24

REGULAR REGISTRATION 11/25-1/7

LATE REGISTRATION 1/8 -

MULTIPLAYER DISCOUNTS:

MULTIPLUS1 If registering a second player;

MULTIPLUS2 if registering a third player;

Special pricing for eligible first time players too.

Grades

Season is open to players in grades 1-12.

Players will be grouped and practice in teams organized by:

Grades 1-2

Grades 3-4

Grades 5-6

Grades 7-8

High School

When

Spring season practices are scheduled to begin on Monday, January 8th.

The season will run through the end of April and potentially into early May depending on playoffs and championships

We will follow the NEISD schedule for Spring Break. No games scheduled during that week, but could occur on the weekend before or after.

Practices will be at the GVTC Sportsplex

Practice Times

Practices for High School team will be Monday through Thursday, 6:30 - 8:00 PM

Practices for Grades 7/ 8 and 5 /6 will be twice per week, days TBD 6:30-8:00 PM

Practices for Grades 1 /2 & 3 /4 will be twice per week, days TBD 6:30 -8:00 PM

High School Games

Games for High School will be hosted at San Antonio Christian School, UTSA and around the San Antonio and Austin area.

It is planned for a pair of weekend games in Houston during the season.

Middle School & Youth Games

Middle School and Youth Games will be held within the San Antonio and Boerne area during the week or on weekends depending on schedule.

Base Costs

Base fees for each team listed below are used to cover expenses such as:

Field Rentals & Lights
Referee Fees
Medics
Coach Stipends
Website
Balls, etc

High School Boys: $750

Boys 5/6 & Boys 7/8: $400

Boys 1/2 & Boys 3/4: $250

Earlybird, multi-player discount and first time player incentives* are available by code.

Payments can be made in lump sum or installment over the season.

*First time player incentives are only available to players that are or will be eligible for Reagan's HS Boys team. Players that will be attending another HS that has a lacrosse team are NOT eligible for new player incentives.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

High School Players that are new to the team or freshmen must purchase a set of home/away game day uniforms. This is a separate charge of $150.

Middle School & Youth Players

If you are new to the program, you will need to purchase both the game day pinnie and shooter shirt +shorts combo. This is separate cost of $70

If you only have the game day pinnie(from Fall 2023), but don't have the shooter shirt+shorts combo you will need to purchase those. This is a separate cost of $30

What equipment do I need?

A listing with pictures can be found on the Resources tab of the website along with where to purchase used or new gear. We also have a limited supply of rental gear available. All this can be found on the Resources tab.

Boys will need:

mouthguard, helmet, chest/shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, athletic cup, cleats and a stick.

It's my first season ever playing. What incentives do you have available?

New players that have NEVER participated with Reagan Lacrosse may be eligible for a special new player discount on registration fees. Please contact us at reaganlaxboard@gmail.com so we can affirm. If someone referred you to play, please give us their name so we can thank them. Players that intend or will be attending a High School which has their own lacrosse program are not eligible for this offer.
